Returns are easy!

Place the item(s) in a package and indicate on a note your order #, email address and reason for returning. Send the product back to our address.

Once we receive the item(s), we'll issue you a refund. Note: Return shipping is not covered by That Dog.

Remember: You have 7 days from the time of your order delivery to return the product(s).
