Exchange and Returns

At, That Dog in Tuxedo we value our customers and would happily exchange the products for making your shopping experience just awesome.

• You can exchange the product within our store with any other product of same or less value.
• You also have a option to exchange in the form of store coupon.
• The product should not be worn, torn, dirty and damaged. It includes being free from the odours, pet hair and any stains.
• The product should be sent with proper packaging with all the tags and original packaging intact so that the product does not get hampered in transit.
• The product should be in the condition in which it can be re-sold.
• Products on Sale and customised products cannot be returned or exchanged.
• We accept return within the 7 days of authorizing return request. For all the return and exchange, customer need to raise a request within 3 days of receiving the product. Afterwhich, no return and exchange will be entertained.
• Refund shall be processed within 24 to 48 hours. Please note that refunds are processed as Store Credits only.
• Customer shall have to bear shipping Courier charges while returning/exchanging the product. We do not reimburse the shipping charges.
• Customer needs to ship the product back to our warehouse address mentioned in the invoice.

Cancellations

• That Dog in Tuxedo reserves the right to cancel the order for any reason. We shall notify you about the same.
• If your order is cancelled after your credit card/debit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Account.
• Customer can cancel the order within 24hrs of placing the order. We shall cancel the order and issue the refund amount.
• In the case of delay of cancellation request or once the order has been processed, we wont be able accept the order cancellation.
